Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, business administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts primarily in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain relationships to promote and market products.
• Liaise with overseas manufacturing facilities.
• Participate in sales meetings and customer discussions on business matters.
• Prepare sales reports and meeting minutes.
• Prepare quotations, price calculations, and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate delivery schedules between customers and facilities.
• Attend business entertainment activities to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with Japan and local tech teams to resolve issues.
