Job summary

Kerry Consulting is recruiting an Industrial Engineering Manager (Semicon) to lead capacity planning, shopfloor optimisation and production-layout initiatives in a high-volume semiconductor environment. You will drive capacity models, allocate resources and mentor the IE team.

The role focuses on improving UPH, cost modelling and manufacturing efficiency, working closely with Manufacturing, Production Planning and Engineering to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum eight years in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-volume environment.
• Experience leading a team.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for factory-layout work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industrial Engineering team to support manufacturing performance.
• Develop and maintain capacity models and capacity planning.
• Drive production-line layout optimisation and resource allocation.
• Oversee cost modelling, material usage control and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Production Planning and Engineering to hit targets.
