Job summary

Silicon Box Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IE Manager to oversee plant capacity management and production floor layout optimization in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring optimal resource allocation and continuous improvement on the production line.

Candidate should have hands-on CAD experience (AutoCAD) and a strong background in industrial engineering within semiconductor environments, with leadership experience and cost modelling capabilities to drive efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Hands-on CAD tools experience (AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing capacity and resource arrangement.
• Establish and maintain capacity model.
• Optimize plant shop floor layout, including machine layouts.
• Perform production capacity planning.
• Maintain IE-related documentation.
• Lead and motivate the team.
• Model costs to drive reductions.
• Control direct material usage to reduce costs.
• Increase machine UPH and efficiency via MODPATS analysis.
• Handle other management-assigned tasks.
