Job summary

STMicroelectronics Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operation Industrial Engineer responsible for overall Fab Capacity, maintaining the capacity model and ensuring capacity to prevent degradation, while driving the team to meet OEE and pursuing capacity expansion.

The role covers capacity modelling integrity, performing capacity analysis, driving operational improvements and leading programs related to capacity increase, equipment efficiency and layout optimisation within the semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Office Suite.
• Requires excellent coordination and organizing skills.
• High level of multi-tasking and capability to prioritize to meet the efficiency expectation.
• Proficient in business communication and written skills.
