Job summary

MNC Company is seeking a operations professional to analyse and improve productivity, workflow, and safety across facilities at Loyang, with relocation to ToHo Guan in Apr 2027. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a basic salary plus AWS and variable bonus.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and implementation of best practices across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyses operational systems, workflow and methods to improve productivity and customer satisfaction; establishes standards for safe, efficient, cost-effective use of facilities.
• Develops equipment layout, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of people and facilities.
• Identifies and implements best practices across operational areas.
• Develops a solid process foundation and data integrity to support process improvement across the organization.
• Contributes to implementation of re-engineering and continuous improvement, including root cause analysis, solution set development, implementation and corrective action plans.
• Coordinates layout and the move process for building moves and equipment installation/removal.
• Develops or contributes to operational performance metrics reports.
• Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures and KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned.
