Job summary

SUPERFORM CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve equipment capacity and shop floor productivity.

The role collaborates with Production to meet throughput, with Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:30pm and a basic salary up to SGD 4,800, plus AWS, quarterly bonus, annual leave and company transport. Candidate should hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with strong knowledge of logistics, manufacturing costing, and Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot).

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of logistic processes and systems in manufacturing
• Good knowledge in the manufacturing process and product costing
• Proficient in PC skills; experience in MS Excel programming and SAP is an advantage
• Good with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table to do reports)

Responsibilities

• Equipment capacity improvement and verification; Operations productivity improvement
• Determine planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios
• Monitor and manage upcoming short-term production bottlenecks
• Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput
• Work closely with Production to control dispatch points to ensure a smooth production
