Establishes standards that utilize facilities safely, efficiently and cost effectively.**Principal Responsibilities:*** Develops equipment layout, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of people and facilities.* Identify and implement best practices across operational areas.* Develops a solid process foundation and data integrity to support process improvement through the organization.* Contributes to implementation of re-engineering and continuous improvement. Includes root cause analysis, solution set development, implementation and corrective action plans.* Coordinates layout and the move process for building moves and equipment installation and removal.* Develops or contributes to operational performance metrics reports.* Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.* Other duties as assigned.**Job Level Specifications:*** Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline.
