Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth in the industrial sector from Singapore. You will pursue opportunities, develop sales plans, and collaborate with design engineers and customers during product specification to close deals.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in Electrical/Electronics, at least 1 year of industrial sales experience, and a valid Class 3 license with own vehicle for site visits. Attractive salary and commission structure offered.

Qualifications

1 year of sales experience in industrial customers.
Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle for client site visits.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities in target industries.
Develop, execute, and review sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
Work closely with design engineers and customers during technical clarification and product specification stages.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to capture emerging opportunities.
