Job summary

Elshin International, based in Singapore, is seeking a Technical Sales Co-ordinator to support the Sales Director with quotes, orders and supplier coordination. You will handle customer inquiries, provide basic technical product information, and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or technical support, good communication skills, and comfort with CRM systems. On-site in Singapore, liaising with internal teams and principals.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Able to read basic technical drawings is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, technical support or a similar role.
• Organised, detail oriented and good at following up.
• Good communication skills to work with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Comfortable with basic office software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Director with quotation preparation, order processing and coordination between principals, suppliers and internal team.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide basic technical information on products, and follow up on deliveries and lead times to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, assist with inventory and stock availability checks, and product sourcing.
