The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and promote industrial automation, motor and motion control products to customers and distributors.
Based in Singapore at Macpherson, you will handle technical discussions, prepare proposals, provide product training, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation, with driving licence preferred.

- Strong communication to discuss technical requirements and solutions
- Experience engaging with customers, distributors and partners
Mansioni
- Develop new business opportunities with direct customers, distributors and business partners
- Promote industrial automation, motor and motion control products to new and existing customers
- Understand customers' technical and application requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
- Prepare product introductions, technical proposals and solution recommendations based on customer needs
- Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product application issues
- Follow up on customer projects from enquiry through quotation and progress
- Conduct product and technical training for distributors and customers when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to grow sales
- Gather market and customer feedback and provide input on product requirements and new opportunities
- Work with internal teams to support customer requirements
- Conduct regular customer visits and outdoor sales activities
