You will validate processes, develop training materials, and guide software development within cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Engineering or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of robotics models and Industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or scientific field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced computer skills with Python and Power BI; other programmable languages advantageous.
• Knowledge in C# programming will be an advantage.
• Experience with robotics foundation models, VLM, VLA, and LLMs for industrial use.
• Industry 4.0/5.0 awareness with prior leading robotics projects.

Responsibilities

• Design equipment, tools, and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop experiments to qualify and validate processes and report results.
• Create training material and work instructions for production transfer.
• Provide technical guidance on software coding and development.
• Gather validation data and deploy automation projects.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
• Adapt and learn new skills as required.
