Job summary

RTX in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT operations professional to support and optimize critical manufacturing applications on site, including Teamcenter PLM and Solumina MES. You will collaborate with global teams to deploy, configure, and maintain systems, ensuring compliant and up-to-date tooling to boost manufacturing efficiency.

The role involves working with operations leaders to gather requirements, support ramp-up, and deliver reliable application performance, with occasional off-hours

Qualifications

• Fluent in Linux deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of server-side apps.
• Ability to containerize applications and manage containerized workloads at scale with Kubernetes.
• Expertise in installation, infrastructure optimization, and operational support of Siemens Teamcenter.

Responsibilities

• Participate in large manufacturing greenfield project in Singapore.
• Collaborate with digital project teams to deploy and support critical applications at site (Teamcenter PLM, Solumina MES, etc).
• Gather technical and functional requirements from operations leaders for ramp-up; provide second-level end-user support.
• Maintain critical applications, deploy new releases, and ensure compliance and vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure integrations between tools are running and coordinate with remote admins for upgrades and incident resolution.
• Willing to work off hours to support planned outages and maintenance; configure/integrate tools with local operations.
