GMP Technologies is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive (Marine) in Singapore to support the sales team, manage inquiries, and coordinate cross-functional activities for smooth order fulfilment.

The role involves assisting with sales documents, client communications, and post-sale follow ups while observing senior colleagues in client meetings to learn relationship management practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Shipping or Marine, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of indoor sales or sales support experience in the marine industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by scheduling, preparing sales documents and handling internal communications.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support client interactions via phone and email to maintain relationships and timely follow ups.
• Join senior team members in client meetings to observe relationship management practices.
• Process incoming sales inquiries and orders using internal systems accurately.
• Maintain availability of sales materials, samples and presentation tools for the team.
• Handle customer feedback and minor issues, coordinating with relevant departments for swift resolution.
• Track post-sale interactions and follow up on service satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activities.
• Suggest ways to streamline internal sales processes based on daily workflow.

Our client is a leading Marine Communication Equipment & Service Provider. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as "Indoor Sales Executive (Marine)".

In this role, you will be responsible for the following :

• Assist the sales team in scheduling, preparing sales documents and managing internal communication.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service and product team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support client interactions through phone and email, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensuring timely follow ups.
• Join senior team members in selected client meetings to observe and learn relationship management practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Shipping or Marine or any relevant field
• 1-2 years of working experience in indoor sales or sales support/sales functions in the marine industry will be an added advantage
