Job summary

WMG PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time commercial leader to own the Indonesia pipeline from end to end. You will identify and close shipper accounts, negotiate with last-mile carriers and brokers, and stand up essential commercial relationships for the corridor.

Travel approx. 50-60% to Jakarta, Surabaya, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Hong Kong. You will report to the Group President and work autonomously with cross-border eCommerce, freight, postal and logistics partners to drive growth and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, sales or commercial roles in logistics.
• Proven track record closing new business and negotiating carrier/vendor deals.
• Experience in cross-border eCommerce or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Indonesia sales pipeline across shippers, marketplaces and 3PLs.
• Identify, qualify and close new shipper accounts for inbound/outbound volumes.
• Negotiate carrier, broker and vendor agreements; manage post-signature relationships.
• Prepare RFQs, pricing proposals, and track pipeline/forecast reporting.
• Track regulatory developments and provide market intelligence for strategy.
