SHUNYA PTE. LTD. in the heart of Singapore is seeking a skilled Chef to lead North Indian curries and tandoor specialties in a fast-paced fine dining setting. You will craft exceptional dishes while maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency.

You will join a shift-based team, ensure strict hygiene and food safety, and collaborate closely with the kitchen to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a busy central area.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid food course certification to comply with food safety regulations.
• Experience in fine dining is preferred.
• Knowledge of North Indian cuisine and tandoor techniques.
