Job summary

The Singapore Tasty Food Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure quality, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

You will plan menus, manage staff, control food costs, and mentor junior cooks in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Head Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Excellent record of kitchen management and leadership.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks and supervising staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
• Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office, POS, restaurant software).
• BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate.
