Job summary

SPX Express in Singapore is seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to assist with the onboarding and incubation of Collection Points. You will support the end-to-end onboarding process and help stabilize newly onboarded points.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Google and Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SQL being advantageous. Full-time availability is preferred for a 3-6 month period.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months) or part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end onboarding of new Collection Points.
• Follow up with Collection Points to complete the required onboarding steps.
• Track onboarding and incubation progress.
• Support incubation management by identifying issues early and escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or operational blockers.
• Help document and streamline workflows.
