Job summary

Reg SPX is seeking a data-driven problem-solver to join our regional team in Singapore. You will collaborate with functional leads to capture business context, create BRDs, and support test planning and live releases.

This role focuses on analysing data to drive product adoption and KPI tracking, with opportunities to guide iterations and support project management as needed. You will work in a dynamic setting, balancing multiple priorities while translating complex data into clear, actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in CS/IS/Operations/SC Management/Math/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Work closely with functional leads and local product counter‑part(s) on business context and impact evaluation. Deliver clear BRDs with simplified product solutions for alignment and reference.
Prepare UAT scenarios, coordinate testing and live releases.
Drive solution implementation and adoption with internal training, deployment planning, day‑to‑day support, feedback gathering.
Own the product lifecycle: analyse data to gather insights on adoption/improvements, track KPIs, and propose iterations.
Support project management tasks when necessary.
