Job summary

MINDS is seeking a Learning Support Officer to help implement curriculum support for students with special needs. You will collaborate with teachers to adapt materials, create visual aids, and assist with classroom routines. The role involves data collection and supporting IEP discussions.

You will contribute to developing teaching resources, coordinating logistics for assessment tasks, and supporting co-curricular activities with a proactive, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in education, media, psychology, or related fields.
• Relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lesson preparation by adapting and assembling teaching materials for diverse needs.
• Produce and edit videos and visual aids for integrated curriculum or class projects.
• Support differentiated learning strategies and classroom routines to reinforce objectives.
• Help manage learning spaces and materials to keep them organized and conducive to learning.
• Collect and collate student work samples and assessment data across domains.
