Job summary

H.I.S. International Travel Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an Inbound FIT Business Leader (Manager) to drive the Singapore Inbound FIT business. You will oversee product development, sourcing, sales, and profitability from a leadership position.

The role requires at least five years in travel with three years in sales/managerial inbound operations serving Japanese clients, plus JLPT N1 proficiency. Office location is Tanjong Pagar; current and expected salary should be provided when applying.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in travel and tourism with three years in inbound sales/management.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Japanese; JLPT N1 proficiency preferred.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies and KPIs for Inbound FIT.
• Source and develop travel products with hotels, attractions and restaurants.
• Identify new sales channels and expand market reach.
• Strengthen partnerships with local and HIS overseas offices.
• Analyze sales data to improve gross profit and revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-hours support on a rotational basis.
• Communicate with managers and designated HIS contacts to align objectives.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
