Job summary

Mascot Enterprise Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to bridge high-value client needs with our creative production teams. You will turn warm inbound inquiries into long-term accounts and own the end-to-end deal process.

You will manage relationships across our portfolio of custom mascots, animatronics, and live experiences, coordinating with design and operations to deliver on promises while growing existing accounts through repeat business and expanded services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing project coordination.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple project workflows simultaneously.
• Able to quickly understand our custom products, internal teams, industry dynamics, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Deal & Account: Pitch tailored solutions to inbound leads, run meetings, and grow long-term relationships across our full custom product range.
• Lead Project Delivery: Serve as the primary client contact while coordinating with internal production and design teams to ensure seamlessly executed projects.
• Expand Key Accounts: Drive repeat business and grow our after-sales service offerings for your existing account portfolio.
