Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Singapore West, seeks a QEHS professional to maintain and improve the Integrated Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001. You will manage document control and collaborate with engineering to reflect changes in quality documentation.

The role covers internal and external audits, CAPA, and driving continuous improvement across processes. Diploma/degree in Engineering or Safety, 3–5 years of QEHS experience, and SAP ERP

Qualifications

• 3–5 years QEHS experience in precision engineering or semiconductor equipment industries.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred.
• WSH or bizSAFE Coordinator certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) per ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Manage document control including SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
• Ensure workshop and engineering processes comply with Singapore's WSH Act and regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, customer and vendor assessments.
• Investigate quality defects and safety incidents; implement CAPA.
• Monitor quality, environmental and safety performance and prepare management reports.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and standardise documentation.
• Conduct IMS awareness training and align engineering drawings/BOM changes with documentation.

Job Description:

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Manage document control, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and standard forms.
• Ensure workshop and engineering processes comply with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and other applicable regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits, customer audits and vendor assessments.
• Investigate quality defects and safety incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor quality, environmental and safety performance, and prepare reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, standardise documentation and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct IMS awareness training and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure changes to engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) are reflected in quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related scientific discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of QEHS experience in precision engineering or semiconductor equipment industries.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.
• WSH or bizSAFE Coordinator certifications are highly advantageous.
