Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an IMS QEHS Specialist to oversee the unified management system across ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 within a precision engineering environment.

You will manage document control, training, audits and CAPA, ensuring regulatory alignment and supplier/customer expectations on the factory floor. Strong auditing, analysis, and cross-departmental communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health, Safety, or related science.
• 3–5 years QEHS experience in precision engineering/semiconductor equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP Systems.
• Certified Internal or Lead Auditor for IMS (ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001).
• WSH certifications or BISZafe coordinator certifications are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-departmental communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IMS framework aligned with ISO standards.
• Manage document control for SOPs and forms.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead CAPA for root cause analysis.
• Analyze QM metrics and drive improvements.
• Conduct IMS awareness training and cross‑functional collaboration.
