Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage the QMS, coordinate internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires reviewing quality documentation and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

The candidate will coordinate with multiple departments, respond to customer quality inquiries, and support environmental compliance efforts, including RoHS/REACH matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including FMEA, Control Plans, change control, documentation, and audits.
• Review and update quality manuals and procedures to ensure compliance with latest requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits, coordinate with relevant departments, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Review and respond to customer quality-related enquiries and documents, including quality agreements, specifications, and audit checklists.
• Prepare responses to environmental compliance enquiries related to RoHS, REACH, and other substances of concern.
• Coordinate technology transfers with overseas sites and support trial production activities.
• Support supplier quality management through regular meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and on-site audits.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Location: North (company transport provided islandwide)

Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm
