Job summary

L & K ENGINEERING (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. (Singapore Branch) seeks an Environmental Health & Safety professional to support site compliance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System across Tampines and Woodlands project sites.

The role requires 3–5 years in environmental control within high-tech facilities, MOM WSH Coordinator and NEA Environmental Control Officer certifications, and strong ISO knowledge. You will conduct audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in environmental control or management role, preferably in semiconductor.
• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, OHS, Engineering or related field.
• MOM-registered WSH Coordinator and NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer certifications mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years in construction or high-tech facility environments (semiconductor, pharma, data centers).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WSH Act and related regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and improving Integrated Management System.
• Monitor sites for compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and ISO standards.
• Conduct safety audits and toolbox meetings to foster a safety culture.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure safety certifications, permits, and documentation are up to date.
• Coordinate risk assessments and ensure bridging documents meet project specs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

• Location: Location: Tampines / Woodlands (This position will be based at the project site and will require travel between the two locations as needed.)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:30pm, Sat: 8am to 12:00pm)
• Willingness to commit to extended hours and Shift Work

Job Description:

• Conduct regular site safety audits, toolbox meetings, and promotional programs to foster a strong safety culture.
• Investigate all safety incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions for management review.
• Ensure all safety-related certifications, permits, and documentation are up to date and maintained.
• Coordinate and participate in risk assessments and ensure bridging documentation meets project specifications.
• Recommend and apply reasonably practicable control measures for all identified EHS risks.Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an environmental control or environmental management role, preferably in thesemiconductorindustry
• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• MOM-registered WSH Coordinator and NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer certifications are mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or high-tech facility environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centers)
