Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics support professional in Singapore to coordinate import/export activities and manage accurate inventory records.

You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and the warehouse team to ensure timely operations and achieve departmental KPIs. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent and 1 year of experience in Import/Export and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• N/O Level or higher with relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in Import & Export, Inventory management and WMS applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export and transfer activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Manage inventory by maintaining records and processing all inventory transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to support daily operational activities.
• Provide support to other functions within the department and assist team members as required.
