Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain / Logistics professional in Singapore to coordinate import, export, and transfer activities, ensuring timely operations and accuracy in inventory records.

You will maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders, while meeting departmental KPIs. The role requires 1 year of experience in Import & Export, Inventory management, and WMS applications, with a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Import & Export, Inventory management & WMS applications.
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, and transfer activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Manage inventory accurately by maintaining proper records and processing all inventory transactions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs while undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to support daily operational activities.
• Provide support to other functions within the department and assist team members whenever required.
