Job summary

Intellihub in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Admin to support import/export shipments, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will assist with orders, invoicing, and general administrative duties to keep the logistics team efficient. The role requires 1–3 years of admin or logistics experience, basic knowledge of shipping procedures, and proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative or logistics roles.
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export shipments and prepare related documents.
• Coordinate communication with suppliers, forwarders, and customers to facilitate deliveries.
• Track shipment status and support customs clearance processes to avoid delays.
• Manage inventory and maintain stock records for reporting and operations.
• Assist with processing orders, generating invoices, and performing general admin duties.
• Use Excel and QuickBooks to organize data and maintain records for reporting.
