Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development invites applications for a Manager in the Standards and Implementation team within the Partner & Capability Development division. You will lead development and implementation of practice guides and sector standards for professionals working in the OHC & AAA sectors, coordinating across SSAs and partners to ensure consistent service delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, project leadership and a data-driven approach to quality

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in social services, policy, programme implementation or sector development.
• Experience in child protection, out-of-home care, residential care, foster care or adoption-related services is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with ability to translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review and implementation of practice guides, standards and resources for professionals in the OHC and AAA sectors.
• Develop and coordinate implementation plans to support adoption of new practice guidance and sector initiatives.
• Manage projects and workstreams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.
• Engage internal stakeholders and SSAs to gather feedback and support implementation.
• Support design and implementation of quality assurance frameworks, processes and tools to strengthen service quality and consistency.
• Analyse implementation data, QA findings and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate workgroups, consultations and engagement platforms to support sector standards and capability development.
• Develop and refine operational processes, implementation resources and communications for change management.
• Provide secretariat and project coordination support for strategic initiatives.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Division.
