Job summary

SingHealth's Joint Office of Academic Medicine (JOAM) seeks an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive to drive administrative initiatives across Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs).

You will translate recommendations into detailed role definitions, governance structures and employment frameworks, coordinating with SingHealth Systemness Office and the Group Chief Medical Board's Office to ensure consistent adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in change management, preferably in healthcare/education/research
• Background in strategic planning and management
• Experience translating recommendations into operational details and deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Able to work independently and with others under tight timelines
• Willingness to travel overseas if required

Responsibilities

• Support AM activities across ACPs with focus on research, innovation, education and clinical programmes
• Develop and implement administrative initiatives including role definitions, reporting lines, governance structures and employment frameworks
• Create implementation documentation, SOPs and transition plans for consistent adoption across ACPs and institutions
• Coordinate with SingHealth Systemness Office and Group Chief Medical Board's Office to ensure clarity and consistency in implementation
• Support change management initiatives and provide progress tracking and reporting
