Job summary

SingHealth JOAM seeks a Senior Executive to drive strategic initiatives across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. You will coordinate projects, manage resources and timelines, and support governance platforms to enable Academic Medicine objectives.

You will conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and help develop annual work plans and ACP cycles, collaborating with multiple institutions and stakeholders to ensure alignment with SingHealth HQ planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, public administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant healthcare, education, research or strategic planning experience with project coordination.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) preferred; project management software beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects, manage resources, and monitor timelines to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Provide secretariat and governance support for Academic Council and related meetings; distribute materials and track actions.
• Contribute to annual work plan processes, ACP planning, and align with corporate planning; support cross-functional strategic assignments.
