Job summary

Peoplebank Asia is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Structured Products Middle Office team within Equity Derivatives & Structuring Operations. You will support trading desks and front-office partners, ensuring accurate bookings, reconciliations, and lifecycle servicing of complex structured products.

The role requires 1-2 years in financial services/operations, a strong risk mindset, and the ability to coordinate with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in financial services, banking or operations.
• Understanding of structured products including securitised notes, issuances, warrants, SPVs.
• Attention to detail with a risk and control mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Equity Derivatives Trading and Sales teams focusing on risk and P&L management.
• Develop product knowledge across Structured Products, Notes, SPVs and Fund Structures.
• Support issuance, settlement and lifecycle servicing of structured products across markets.
• Ensure new issuances and transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Handle queries from trading, sales, external clients and internal stakeholders including technology and compliance.
• Perform trade and risk reconciliations and monitor operational controls.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with regional and global teams.
