SKILLSFORCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY PTE LTD is seeking an Equity Derivatives & Structured Products Middle Office Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team, supporting global markets and structured products. You will bridge Front Office, Risk, Trading, Sales, Compliance, Technology and Finance to ensure accurate execution, booking and lifecycle management across notes, SPVs and fund structures.

The role emphasizes risk control, data integrity, stakeholder service and end-to-end trade lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years in financial services.
• Knowledge of securitized notes, SPVs, and structured derivatives.
• Experience supporting equity derivatives front office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage risk and P&L by providing operational support to all Equity front office personnel.
• Gain strong knowledge of structured products; Build expertise on origination across Notes, SPVs and Fund Structures.
• Understand the nuances of Notes products and markets from Issuances, Settlement, Lifecycle Servicing perspective.
• Showcase attention to detail and risk focus while servicing new issuances across markets.
• Handle incoming queries from trading desks, sales, external clients & internal teams.
• Perform trade, risk reconciliation and monitor controls around the different business supported, particularly around Corporate Actions.
• Own and liaise with other teams to ensure timely resolution of queries across multiple locations.

This role sits at the intersection of Front Office, Risk, Trading, Sales, Compliance, Technology, and Finance, ensuring the accurate execution, booking, and lifecycle management of complex structured products.

You will play a critical role in supporting Equity Derivatives trading activities, managing operational risk, maintaining data integrity across risk systems, and delivering exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently handle incoming queries from trading desks, sales, external clients & other internal federation teams (Technology, Compliance, Legal, Controllers, etc.)
• Perform trade, risk reconciliation and monitor controls around the different business supported, particularly around Corporate Actions
• Owning and liaising with other teams to ensure timely resolution of queries, seeing operational issues through to resolution by connection with various stakeholder across multiple locations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services

• Ability to demonstrate a sound of understanding of a range of Securitized Notes/ Issuances, Warrants, Structured Derivatives, SPV's (Special Purpose Vehicles), products.
• Team-working skills - for working with both internal departments regionally and globally
• Good client relationships and key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Ability to gain a strong understanding of the business and work with Marketing, Structuring, Trading and Sales desks
