Responsibilities

• Process applications from Student Care Centres and assess eligibility to determine subsidies and duration.
• Manage appeals from parents, operators, social workers, and others who do not qualify.
• Process refunds for overpayments where required.
• Use systems to process applications efficiently while ensuring completeness and liaising with stakeholders for missing information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
