Job summary

The National Library Board (NLB) invites you to join the Learning Strategy & Partnerships team as an intern for 6 months. You will conduct research and environmental scans, develop outreach content, and support learning opportunities across NLB Academy.

You will coordinate learning programmes, engage external partners such as IHLs and training providers, prepare reports and materials, and maintain stakeholder records, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Interest in learning & development, workforce capability building, education and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and environmental scans to support learning strategies.
• Develop outreach content and collaterals to promote learning opportunities.
• Prepare reports, briefs, decks and programme materials for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate planning and execution of learning programmes, including logistics and registration.
• Engage with external partners such as IHLs, training providers and industry collaborators.
• Maintain stakeholder records, programme trackers and feedback data for reporting.
• Provide admin support including drafting submissions and coordinating event logistics.
