Job summary

National Library Board (NLB) in Singapore is recruiting for an Account Manager to lead the Nodes innovation pilot from planning to ground operations. You will partner with external organisations to explore mid- to long-term opportunities under LAB25, bridging library services with partner infrastructures.

The role focuses on presenting the Nodes concept to partners, developing cross-divisional project plans, and delivering data-driven insights and narratives to support deployment decisions.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Ability to interpret user needs and work with different stakeholders.
• Understanding of statistical analysis techniques (mean, median, probability, correlation, regression) and research methodologies.
• Experience in data analytics and visualization software (MS Excel, Qliksense, SPSS, SAS, Tableau).
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to assimilate information from varied sources.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell the Nodes concept to prospective partners.
• Develop project management plan across divisions and with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct horizon scanning to engage partners and propose pilots.
• Develop visualisation of Nodes and narratives to aid partner decisions.
• Design monthly progress reports and communicate insights to decision-makers.
• Create reports and presentations to summarise data findings.
