Job summary

The National Library Board (NLB) invites you to join the Learning Strategy & Partnerships team as an intern for 6 months. You will conduct research and environmental scans, develop outreach content, and support learning opportunities across NLB Academy.

You will coordinate learning programmes, engage external partners such as IHLs and training providers, prepare reports and materials, and maintain stakeholder records, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Prepare reports, briefs, decks and programme materials for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate planning and execution of learning programmes, including logistics and registration.
• Engage with external partners such as IHLs, training providers and industry collaborators.
• Maintain stakeholder records, programme trackers and feedback data for reporting.
• Provide admin support including drafting submissions and coordinating event logistics.

What you will be working on

• Research and scan for learning trends, workforce development practices and partnership opportunities to support NLB Academy's learning strategy.
• Prepare reports, briefs, presentation decks and programme materials for internal and external audiences.
• Develop outreach content and collaterals to promote NLB Academy's learning initiatives across the organisation.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of learning programmes, workshops and events, including logistics, registration and on-site support.
• Engage with external partners that include IHLs, training providers and industry collaborators through scheduling, meeting support and follow-up.
• Maintain stakeholder records, programme trackers and files, and consolidate participation data and feedback for reporting purposes.
• Provide administrative support including drafting approval submissions and coordinating logistics for learning events.
