Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) is seeking an hands-on HR practitioner for the role of Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner. You will partner with business leaders to address people matters, improve workforce outcomes and strengthen people management practices.

Working with HR COEs and Shared Services, you will implement people strategies, inclusive practices and organisational change while building a future-ready workforce.

Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR business partnering, employee relations or HR generalist roles.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Strong business acumen and an understanding of operational workforce challenges; experience in the social service sector is an advantage.
• Good data literacy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
• Ability to advise and guide managers in people management, supported by strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High level of resilience and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving contexts.
• Experience in change management and supporting teams through transformation would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders and Reporting Officers on day-to-day people matters including performance, conduct, workplace relationships, contracts and staff well-being.
• Support initiatives to build a future-ready workforce, including job redesign, capability development and skills transformation.
• Strengthen staff engagement, well-being and retention while promoting inclusive hiring and staff integration.
• Drive and support organisational change initiatives arising from growth, digitalisation and strategic priorities.
• Deliver integrated, efficient and high-impact people solutions in collaboration with HR COEs and Shared Services.
