SNV in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager for Impact and Intelligence to drive revenue-bearing impact measurement services and to synthesize cross-portfolio knowledge that strengthens SNV’s market position. You will design and deliver impact measurement frameworks, develop results chains and indicators, and manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to investor-grade standards.

You’ll also build a knowledge base of reusable assets and share insights to inform strategy and business

Qualifications

Design and deliver impact measurement frameworks for clients.
Develop results chains, theories of change, and indicator sets.
Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to investor-grade standards.
Synthesize findings across portfolio into consolidated intelligence.
Build a knowledge base capturing reusable assets from every engagement.
Identify patterns that strengthen the accelerator's offer and market position.
Produce quarterly intelligence briefs with portfolio-level implications.

Responsabilités

Client-facing impact measurement: design and deliver measurement frameworks for impact investors and government counterparts.
Cross-portfolio intelligence: synthesize evidence across accelerator engagements and maintain a reusable knowledge base.
Sales enablement and competitive intelligence: develop sector evidence packs and track market trends.
Own the donor and tender intelligence function with a structured weekly digest for the pipeline.
