Job summary

AVPN Limited is seeking a Director for Knowledge Products and Impact to lead development of knowledge products, curate conference content, and oversee impact measurement and ESG reporting. Based in Singapore or Abu Dhabi, you will manage partners, consultants and internal teams to scale programs that deliver value to AVPN members, funders and the broader social investment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Masters' degree with 10+ years in social sector or related field.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore or Abu Dhabi (preferred).
• Experience in cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and audience engagement.
• Ability to communicate complex information in English, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of philanthropy, social investment and ESG practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to develop knowledge products and scale existing ones.
• Guide the team on collecting, presenting, and sharing data to resonate with audiences.
• Drive revenue generation from grants and non-grant sources to support targets.
• Assess cost-effectiveness and sustainability of products within the portfolio.
• Advise on which products to scale, adapt or retire and how to deliver them efficiently.
• Work with Finance, Partnerships and Marketing & Communications to align cost, resourcing and funding.
• Lead content curation of AVPN conferences and regional summits.
• Oversee impact measurement and ESG reporting across the organisation.
• Ensure high standards of project execution and develop diverse teams.
• Coach and lead a lean team to deliver results.
