ABN IMPACT PTE. LTD. seeks an Insight Manager to own several small tactical projects concurrently, with minimal senior guidance, and to support larger strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes cross‑department relationships, data capture design, fieldwork moderation, and producing client-ready analyses and recommendations.

You will oversee activity design, analysis, reporting, and solutions design, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to client workshops and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional market research experience.
• Able to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as project owner for multiple small tactical projects.
• Support larger strategic projects.
• Build cross‑department relationships.
• Lead on deciding best approach to capture data.
• Moderate fieldwork and ladder to understand unspoken; manage quotas.
• Design analysis plans and brief others.
• Prepare client-ready outputs with conclusions and recommendations.
• Contribute to growth marketing and account management initiatives.
