Job summary

Mandai Nature seeks an experienced Grants Manager to lead outgoing and incoming grant management, governance, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. You will manage end-to-end grant lifecycles, perform due diligence, prepare donor reports, and work with internal teams to align funding with programme objectives.

The role requires at least 5 years in grant management, strong organisational and reporting skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in grant management or related field.
• Experience managing full grant lifecycles including due diligence and reporting.
• Experience with governance, compliance and donor reporting.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with donor communications and grantor relations.

Responsibilities

• Outgo­ing grants: manage application, assessment, approvals, disbursement and close-out.
• Incoming grants: track funding usage, budgets and reporting requirements.
• Governance, compliance & reporting: ensure policies and regulatory adherence; prepare dashboards for management and auditors.
• Stakeholder coordination: liaise with grantors, grantees and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain grant records; support audits and reviews; monitor risks and issues.
• Prepare grant portfolio updates and donor reports as required.
