Job summary

Mandai Nature is seeking a communications professional to develop compelling content that showcases conservation programmes, research and partnerships. You will lead storytelling efforts, annual impact materials, and external communications to support fundraising and outreach.

You will manage Mandai Nature’s social media, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure materials align with Mandai Nature’s brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media channels and creating digital content.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing projects.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong visual communication skills with design sense.
• Strong storytelling abilities and ability to translate topics for broad audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop content that showcases Mandai Nature’s conservation programmes, partnerships, research and community initiatives.
• Identify storytelling opportunities by working with programme teams and partners.
• Lead creation of annual impact reports, newsletters, website content, event materials.
• Support fundraising and outreach with external materials including case for support and campaign content.
• Maintain editorial calendar and coordinate content from across the organisation.
• Manage Mandai Nature’s social media platforms and content calendar.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement.
• Coordinate internal communications with Mandai Wildlife Group teams and Mandai Nature.
• Provide editorial guidance and support to colleagues as required.
• Lead communications for donor events, exhibitions, and public engagement initiatives.
