Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group seeks a seasoned risk management professional to develop and manage enterprise risk frameworks across operations, governance, and compliance. The role partners with senior management to implement risk policies, assess contractual and programme risks, and drive training to build risk-awareness throughout the organisation.

The incumbent will monitor Singapore’s non-profit regulatory landscape (IPC/Code of Governance) and coordinate governance, reporting, and audit readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in risk management, business, law, or finance.
• 6–8 years of broad‑based risk management experience across operational and contractual domains.
• Experience building enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of commercial and non‑profit contracts and associated risks.
• Ability to translate complex statutory and regulatory requirements into practical policies and procedures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions.
• Knowledge of Singapore IPC, Code of Governance and related compliance frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Risk Framework Development & Management: design and evolve the enterprise risk management framework to align with stakeholders and compliance.
• Stakeholder Enablement, Advisory & Implementation: drive adoption of risk frameworks and provide actionable guidance.
• Contractual & Collaboration Risk Management: review contractual terms and manage related risks with legal counsel.
• Local Governance & Compliance Stewardship: monitor regulatory landscape and support governance and filings.
• Reporting & Governance: maintain risk registers and support internal/external audits.
