Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Grants Administrator to manage the full grants lifecycle, from documentation and compliance to stakeholder reporting and events coordination. You will collate proposals, track milestones, liaise with grantees, and prepare data and reports for governance.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and hands-on experience in grants management or compliance, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Experience in grants management, research administration, or compliance-related roles is preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail in documentation review and data management.

Responsibilities

• Collate and review grants documentation including proposals, progress reports, variation requests, and fund requisitions; perform completeness checks and KPI verification.
• Update and maintain data entries on digital grants systems and archive documentation.
• Assist with grant policies and processes and coordinate audits.
• Provide secretariat support for grant review meetings including scheduling and minutes writing; coordinate meetings across time zones.
