YL BUSINESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Associate to join our growing accounting team. This role supports day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of clients, including on-site field visits when required.

You will manage month-end close, assist with quarterly GST and year-end submissions, and prepare financial reports. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud accounting tools.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent required.
• O-Level with Principles of Accounts (POA) or related field is acceptable.
• 3+ years of full-set accounting experience.
• Experience with cloud accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) preferred.

We are looking for an Accounts Associate to join our a growing accounting team. This role will support the day-to-day accounting work for a portfolio of clients and will involve both office-based accounting work and occasional field work at clients premises.

Accounts Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios independently
• Assist with month-end, quarterly GST and year-end closing
• Experience handling full sets and client portfolios
• Prepare financial reports and GST submissions
• Liaise with auditors and clients to follow up on accounting documents & queries
• Conduct field visits to client premises, review accounting records and assist with on-site accounting work
• Review junior team members' work
• Support the team with other accounting-related tasks when required

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, O-Level with Principles of Accounts (POA), or related field
• min 3 years full set accounting experience
• Familiar with QuickBooks / Xero / InfoTech cloud accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting principle
• Good attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to travel to client office for field work when required
• Good communication skill and a positive attitude
• Experience in outsourced accounting environment will be an advantage
