LEADBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD. is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and handle subcontractor procurement and final accounts with attention to detail.

The role requires 4+ years of QS experience, familiarity with construction contracts, and strong communication skills. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred for this position in Singapore.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry, preferably in a main contractor environment.
• Familiar with contract administration, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and evaluate project cost estimates, budgets, and cost reports.
• Handle subcontractor sourcing, procurement, evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Prepare subcontract documents, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures are within the approved budget.
• Verify subcontractors' and suppliers' claims and process payment recommendations.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to contracts and project costs.
• Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned.
