GRANDCREST CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate can commence immediately or with short notice.

You will prepare cost estimates, manage subcontractor sourcing and procurement, handle progress claims, variations, final accounts, and monitor project costs to stay within budget. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of QS experience in construction, preferably main contractor.
• Familiar with contract administration, progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Good knowledge of contracts and commercial practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate or short notice availability is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and evaluate project cost estimates, budgets and reports.
• Handle subcontractor sourcing, procurement, evaluation and awards.
• Prepare subcontract documents, progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures stay within budget.
• Verify subcontractor and supplier claims and process payments.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Maintain documentation and records related to contracts and costs.
• Perform other QS duties as assigned.
