Job summary

Mossad Services Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Singapore team. You will provide desktop, laptop, mobile device and peripheral support across Windows and Apple platforms, both onsite and remotely as needed.

Responsibilities include hardware inventory, user provisioning, troubleshooting, AD management, AV setup for meetings, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable IT services for multiple locations. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
3 years of PC hardware, software support & IT security experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot using diagnostic programs and tools.
Smart Hands experience of server & network support (at least 1 year).
Level 1 & 2 Support experience.

Responsibilities

Setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, phones, printers, and peripherals for Windows and Apple platforms.
Escalate and coordinate with second/third level support or vendors as needed.
Provide remote and onsite support for multiple locations.
Maintain hardware inventory and procure assets.
Provision new users with hardware, software, and account setup.
