Job summary

TAM KAH SEAFOOD PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is hiring a full-time Chef skilled in Chinese and Western cuisine. You will handle kitchen duties, cooking, and food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency across dishes.

The role requires Mandarin communication with China colleagues, a readiness to start immediately, and willingness to work 9am–9pm, 6 days a week. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and alert with a positive attitude.
• Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with China colleagues.
• Available to start immediately.
• Willing to work 6 days per week from 9am to 9pm.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for kitchen duties, cooking and food preparation.
• Assist in preparation and standby ingredients for cooking.
• Ensure food and presentation quality is maintained.
• Adhere to company SOPs and food preparation regulations.
• Maintain food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and participate in cleaning duties.
• Training provided (All welcome!)
